We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with:
- Internal PT. DMSA staff who need it to process your inquiry or partnership request
- Google reCAPTCHA (Google LLC), which receives your IP address and interaction signals to verify you are not a bot. See Google's Privacy Policy
- Email service providers (Gmail/Google Workspace, or our SMTP provider as a fallback) used solely to deliver your inquiry and our reply
- Third parties, when required by law or to protect our legal rights
5. Cookies and Local Storage
This site uses your browser's local storage to temporarily save your form inputs as a draft so you don't lose them if you leave the page. This data is stored only on your device, is never transmitted to our servers unless you submit the form, and is cleared automatically after successful submission. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Google reCAPTCHA may set its own cookies as part of its bot-detection service.
6. Data Retention
We retain inquiry and partnership submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your request, fulfill any resulting business relationship, and comply with our recordkeeping and legal obligations. You may request earlier deletion as described in Section 7.
7. Your Rights

- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your submission, subject to legitimate business or legal recordkeeping needs
To exercise these rights, reach out to us via our Contact page.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
